Testimonials

My daughter and I were in Telegraph Cove just a few weeks ago. Looking back now I still miss it. You and I gabbed, philosophized, and solve a few world problems one afternoon of our trip. Those are memories I will not forget.  I know that a whole lot of people who have been up to northern Vancouver Island leave different that when they came…

Day 1: Telegraph Cove Paddling

The first day of your adventure begins with a day’s paddle around the waters of Telegraph Cove as an introduction to the local waters and wildlife. Relax over dinner and a night’s accommodation in Telegraph Cove.

On the second day, enjoy a scenic cruise to our island basecamp  aboard our new 30-foot aluminum landing craft to paddle the core area of Johnstone Strait where pods of Orca whales like to spend their summer.

Johnstone Strait is the prime destination for everyone who wants to view whales in their natural habitat during their stay at Telegraph Cove.

We provide you with the best possible access to World-Class Whale Watching, with a seasoned kayak guide at the helm.

Enjoy dinner and an evening under the stars at our remote island camp. Sleep peacefully in our comfortable tents.

Day 3: Robson Bight

The third day will involve sea kayaking, a visit to Robson Bight’s waters and dinner at our base camp before returning to Telegraph Cove for your last night’s stay with us in the Lodge.
